Morpho zephyritis or also known as the Zephyritis morpho is a Neotropical butterfly that is often found in Bolivia or Peru.
There are over 30 species of 'blue morpho' butterfly in the world. Their wings, rather than containing pigment, are actually hundreds of tiny 'scales' that catch the light to reflect the stunning irridescant blue.
